If you need documents confirming your reservation, it is best to contact the hotel directly, using the contacts listed under "Reservation Details" in the email confirming your reservation:
You can also log into your Booking.com account > open the section with your reservations > find the hotel you want and click on the three-dot button to the right of it. Select "Message property" from the drop-down menu, and a chat window will appear with the hotel, where you can ask any questions you may have.
In the text of the application, do not forget to specify the reservation number, for which you need to get supporting documents.
