In the app settings, you can find "Emails for ticket parsing" (iOS) or "Forward itineraries from email" (Android). This list displays emails from which you can send an email ticket to just@add.flights, as well as my.flightradar24 (formerly FlightDiary) / OpenFlights (CSV) export files and a custom CSV file with your flights to import them into your App in the Air profile (see "I have all my flights in an Excel file (CSV) or memo - how can I import them?" here for details).
Add a new email
This feature is useful if you don't want to connect your parsing email (Google or any other email via IMAP), but want to add flights by forwarding them to just@add.flights.
Just tap on the "+" sign and enter your email.
If you see the message "This email is already in use", then you have been logged into App in the Air with that email for some time now (it could be Google, Facebook, TripIt, Outlook, or any other email via IMAP). Try logging in with those settings in the App settings.
How can I remove email from "emails for ticket parsing" or "Forward itineraries from email"?
iOS: open the "Emails for ticket parsing" settings section and swipe the left-hand email you want to delete.
Android: open the "Forward itineraries from email" section and tap the "x" button next to the email you want to delete.
iOS / Android case: "Can't delete the email"
If you cannot delete a particular email, this email is associated with a connected account (Google, Facebook, etc.). You need to disable this account in the application settings (just click on the desired account and confirm).
