You may have added trips on TripIt, but they have not been imported into the App in the Air. Perhaps TripIt does not have enough information to import into our app.
You can check this in our App Settings (Profile tab → Settings):
This happens when there is not enough information in your TripIt account to import the flight into our app.
When you click on "TripIt sync status", you will see what information we need to successfully import the flight into our app:
For example, "invalid arrival airport" means that you need to add an arrival airport to TripIt for that particular trip.
Once you have added the necessary information for your trip to TripIt, go to our app → Profile → Settings → Sync TripIt Now. After a while, the flight will automatically be added to your profile.
After you sync with TripIt, you will be able to check if everything is okay:
And if you click on "TripIt sync status", you will see that the problem is solved.
