If you cannot find the flight, you should first check the information you entered.
There may be errors with the date, airline code, or flight number (typically 2-4 digits).
If your flight is in the future (3 weeks or more), the airline may not have given us the information yet. Try searching for a flight closer to the departure date.
Still can't find it? Here are possible reasons:
- Your flight is a charter flight.
There can be unique issues with charter flights. We don't always have the information we need about these flights because of the way charter companies handle their flights.
You can add it after the flight (Adding Past Flights)
- You have connecting flights with multiple legs/segments.
Try searching for each segment in turn.
