Sometimes the scheduled departure or arrival time of a flight in the app differs from the time indicated on your e-ticket.
This can happen when the airline does not provide us with an updated schedule. If your flight is a month or more away, the scheduled time should be updated closer to the departure date.
If it is not updated two to three weeks before your departure date, we would appreciate it if you could contact us via the feedback form in the app settings so that we can update the schedule.
