You need to:
- Connect the same account as before.
- Wait a while.
- Restart the app.
Go to Profile → Settings → click Try Subscription at the top → select Restore Purchases at the bottom.
Go to Profile → Settings → Manage Subscriptions → Restore Purchases
If you're still unable to restore them, send feedback from your app settings to contact our support team.
