You may receive numerous emails about your check-in results. Although we try to complete all registration processes, there may be times when the program cannot complete check-in. Here are the reasons:
- Booking not found - this occurs because the combination of the booking link and other data you entered does not match the airline.
- Airport check-in - due to system limitations (airport and/or airline capacity for automatic check-in) the check-in request could not be completed.
We are working on improving the automatic check-in feature.
