Your safety is our priority. Given the current global situation, we want to ensure that our users have the right information to deal with travel issues. We’ve compiled a list of airline links to make this process easier for you (see below). We’re also making the premium version of the app available to everyone starting today through April 30th. If you don't have the app, you can download it from this link. Here’s how this version can help you right now:
- Subscribe your friends and family to keep them up to date
- Receive real-time notifications about your flights and hotels
- Get offline notifications in case you lose access to Wi-Fi or data
To change or cancel your flight: Please check directly with the airline you're flying with to see if a policy has been issued to waive change fees due to a travel advisory. You should be able to find this information by managing your booking on the airline's website or by calling them directly (see below).
If the airline is offering to waive any penalties due to this event, please be sure to prepare potential dates for re-booking your travel according to the airline's policy coverage before requesting a change via chat in the app. Policies may change or be added at any time, so it's important to check for updates on the airline's website before requesting a re-booking.
Please note: Airlines are currently experiencing a high volume of customers contacting them in regard to the latest updates to travel advisories about the coronavirus.
Additional info on Restrictions by Country or Airline can be found here: https://covid.aita.travel/.
