iOS
Make sure you are logged in with the same email and accounts (Facebook, iCloud, Google, Outlook, Apple) on both devices. Then go to the "Trips" screen and make "pull-to-refresh" to get the latest information about your account. If that doesn't work, let us know via our feedback form. If the flights don't sync between your Apple Watch and your device, open App in the Air on your iPhone/iPad, then select any flight. You may have to repeat this process several times. This should cause the connection to be updated.
You can also perform the following actions:
- Open the WatchApp on your iPhone;
- Check if you have installed the App in the Air;
- Uninstall the App for the watch;
- Install it again for your Apple Watch;
- Open our App on your iPhone;
- Then open our App on your Apple Watch.
Android
Make sure you are logged in with the same email and accounts (Facebook, iCloud, Google, Outlook, Apple) on both devices. Then go to the "Trips" screen and click "Pull to Update" to get the latest information about your account. If that doesn't work, let us know via the feedback form in the app settings.
NOTE: If you have many flights, syncing may take some time. Leave the app open for a few minutes.
