If you are having trouble connecting to your iCloud account when adding flights via IMAP, it may be due to a specific app password that allows you to securely log in to your account when using third-party apps with your Apple ID. App passwords are one-time passwords for your Apple ID that help you securely log in to your account to access information stored in iCloud from third-party apps.
Please follow the steps below:
- Log in to your Apple ID account page.
- In the Security section, click Generate Password under App-Specific Passwords.
- Follow the steps on the screen.
After creating a password for the app, enter or paste it into the password field in our app as you normally would.
