If you are having issues with our app on your Apple Watch, you can take screenshots to help us learn more about the issue.
To do this, please follow the steps below:
- Please check if you have the screenshot setting enabled. On your iPhone, open the Apple Watch app → tap the "My Watch" tab → tap "General" → scroll down → then enable "Enable Screenshots".
- With two fingers, press the digital crown and the side button at the same time. The screen blinks when you take a screenshot.
- To find a screenshot, go to the Photos app on your iPhone, tap the "Albums" tab, then tap "Screenshots." You can find it here and send it to email@example.com.
