What crowdsourcing information do you have and what does it mean?

There is very useful information to share with other travelers here, such as evaluating your flight (it will ask you how your flight went after landing) or indicating the approximate wait time for airport check-in, passport control, baggage claim, or customs. Below you will see screenshots with explanations of where to find them.

iOS

When the flight lands, you will receive a flight assessment request in your inbox.

To leave a review, click on the airline.

You will then be taken to a page where you can evaluate the flight.

If you want to see other reviews of the airline, go to the "Trips" → click on the flight.

Find the "Airline" widget.

Here you can see other reviews of the airline.

Also, you can tap on the "airport of departure" or "airport of arrival" widget.

You can find information about the estimated time at the "airport of departure"

or at the "airport of arrival".

Android

For Android, the procedure is the same. First, you need to check your inbox for a new flight evaluation request.

Second, you need to choose the flight you want to rate.

You will then be taken to a page where you can leave your feedback.

If you want to know the estimated time for the departure/arrival airport, go to the "Trips" → Choose a flight.

Find the departure or arrival airport widget.

You will see the approximate waiting time for check-in, passport control, security, or baggage claim.
