There are several reasons and solutions for this issue:
- Two-step verification. If you have this login feature, you will be prompted to enter a security code (sent by email or text message (SMS) - depending on your provider). Enter this code in the recently added loyalty program. If you don't see a place to enter the code, try "pull to refresh" the screen. This will refresh it, and you will see a place to enter the code.
- Try logging in with the credentials you use on the airline website. If you can do it there but not in the app, please send feedback from the app settings to alert our support team.
- If you see an Unknown error (or any other type of error), try refreshing the page ("pull to refresh" the screen with the list of connected programs) and then check it again for a new status. Or try deleting and adding it again. See here how to do this.
