To contact a hotel through its own Booking.com platform, you need to log in to this page, open the section with reservations > find the hotel you want and click on the three-dot button to the right of it.
Select "Contact the property," and then a chat window will appear with the hotel, where you can ask all your questions.
In the confirmation email, you will find the "Reservation details" section, where you will find the hotel phone number and a link to contact the hotel by email:
You can also contact the hotel without logging in to Booking.com. To do this, you first need to open the edit booking information page. You can do this in two ways:
- Open the booking confirmation email, then find and click the "Modify your booking" button.
- Alternatively, follow this link and enter your reservation number and PIN (found in your confirmation email), then click Next to go to the edit page.
On the page you just need to click on the button "Contact property", then your email client will open, and you only have to write the text of the appeal and send a letter.
