To contact the hotel through its own Booking.com platform, you need to log in to this page and open the section with your reservations > find the hotel you want and click on the button in the form of three dots to the right of it.
Select the item "Contact property", after which a chat window with the hotel will appear, where you can ask all your questions.
In the confirmation email, you can find the "Reservation details" section, where the hotel's phone number will be indicated, and a link to contact the hotel by e-mail will also be available:
You can also contact the hotel without authorization on Booking.com. To do this, first, you need to open the page for editing booking information. It can be done in two ways:
- Open your booking confirmation email, then find and click on the "Modify your booking" button.
- Alternatively, follow this link and enter your booking number and PIN (you can find it in your booking confirmation email), then click Next to go to the edit page.
On the page, you will only have to click on the "Contact property" button, after which your mail client will open, and you will only have to write the text of the appeal and send an email.
