If you need to cancel a booked flight, it is important to remember that such actions depend on the airline's rules, the selected fare, time before departure, agency rules (if applicable), and several other factors.
Usually, these rules are available for review during the ticketing process. If you do not remember the conditions, you can always check with the company where the tickets were purchased, or directly with the carrier.
For the most accurate and quick answers and flight canceling, we recommend that you contact the airline directly. In the confirmation email for your ticket, you will find a link to your booking (usually six letters). Using this link and your first/last name, go to the airline's website and find the booking management page. Enter your details, and here you can see the details of the reservation, the conditions for canceling it, and a menu with options for canceling the reservation.
In case the flight was booked through the App in the Air app, please write a request to cancel the ticket to us at support@appintheair.com, and we will provide you with all the information you need and help you as quickly as possible.
In case you have booked a Southwest flight via App in the Air Booking option, you can cancel it by yourself. Just open the booked flight in the Trips tab > open the "Order" widget > tap on the "Manage" button > here you can "Cancel" your booking.
