    Dear Stephen!

    This is Olga from App in the Air support team.

    The trial subscription was turned on yesterday, with the validity until 31 July 2021. Kindly ask you to send us the receipt of the Annual subscription on 31 July 2021, so we could manually turn on the Annual subscription for you. Sorry, you need to send us the payment confirmation manually. Usually, it works automatically. That's why I've created a task for our developers to solve this issue.

    Emailed support with my Google receipt but still nothing. Tried clearing cache, uninstalling and reinstalling, restarting phone. Nothing works. Samsung S20+
