Itinerary not updated
I was sent an update itinerary by my travel agent but App in the Air never updated to reflect the changes. I even forwarded the email to just@add.flights, but it still didn't update. If my itinerary changes, do I need to manually make the changes in App in the Air?

I'm Michelle from the App in the Air support team. I'm sorry you faced this situation after your itinerary was changed. Is your flight operating at a new time after a schedule change, or will you travel on a completely different flight? If there was a schedule change, but the flight is operating under the same flight number, the times in the app should update automatically not later than 3 days prior to departure, depending on the time we receive the updated schedule from the airline.
If the flight number changed, you will need to delete the original flight, and add a new one, either by searching directly in the app, or by one of our automatic import options. If your flight is less than 3 days away, or if the flight number has changed and you're unable to add the new flight, could you please forward me the new itinerary at michelle@appintheair.com? It will help me to investigate this situation.

Thanks for your help, Michelle. It's a completely different flight, so I will delete the old one and add the new one.
